I have never used a feature like this myself, but I find in Legacy with
the use of both the Event clipboard and the Source clipboard it makes
pretty quick work of entering data for multiple persons involved in the
same Event.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your request for a "Witness" feature. Is
this a space in sources that allows one to source data that we received from
direct interviews of the ancestor? If not, could you please let me know what
you mean.
