JL: True ... if that is the only change you need to make in the rtf. I rarely if ever use rtfs, but as I recall in V6 you also have to go back and manually re-add any pictures using winword. There may be other changes that need to be made to make the rtf look more or less like the Legacy Preview.

Dennis, It's what is called a labour saving device as for all other purposes Legacy assumes a couple is married unless otherwise specified in the Marriage Status field. To answer your questions: 1. It is not linked unless you type it in. It is in fact a "Null" entry in the feild 2. none 3.
