I played with all the answers provided and found one that worked for
me. Ron it may
have been yours. But whichever it was I thank all of you for your
prompt answers.
I did my list and got just what I wanted on the list.

At the top of the Family Screen click on "Name List"
To select how the file is sorted click on either "#:" to have the file print
in RIN sequence, "Given:" to have the file print by First Name or "Surname:"
to have the file print by last name.
At the bottom of that screen click on "Print"
Try this:
Search: Individual, Individual RIN, Greater than, 0 [zero]
That will select 100% of records. Then, at the bottom, select Print
-- then select fields, adjust page setup, etc. to your heart's content. You
may do many Preview iterations before you get just what you want.

You cannot do that from the Index as such but you can from the Name List. Go to
View>Name List and select Print. The Option Tab enables the parameters to be
set then click the Row1 Tab. The top part contains the fixed items which you
can uncheck if you don't wish to use them eg. the o
