I suspect that that is the only way ( or at least the most convenient) way of doing this. Certainly I have not found a way of printing these notes in the way you wish. This is part of the reason why I tend to use Research Notes more than any other.

I solved my problem by creating a Cemetery event and putting all the
necessary information in the event field.
