Shellah,
In most reports under the tab "Report Options" rhe choice is for RINs *and*
MRINs or none. However providing you are not using the User ID for anything
else it can be set to be the same as the RIN - see Options>Customise>Other -
and then just display the User ID.
I haven't checked this on Reports but it doesn't work correctly on the
Indexes for web pages.

When I look at my reports I have both RIN's and MRIN's and I only want one,
the RIN's. Is there someone who can explain what I have done and how to
delete the MRIN
