I think you have done all you can do. If you are really particular about how
the information looks in reports, or in lists then tweak the name to meet
your needs. I have a few different entry's like that.

What name you use in this particular case depends on how you want the
reports to read. I usually just have a blank record as I've chosen in
Options > Customise to use blank for unknown records - but then I
know nothing about these unknowns except that my female relative had a child.
