I think that's the way you'd have to do it (put your full name in the
surname field). That, though, will impact the sorting sequence in the
bibliography--if it matters to you.

The reason for this is that this template was patterned after the model in
Evidence Explained by Elizabeth Mills. You can modify it by clicking on the
override link. Here you can add in the given names.
