On the Sources tab of the Report Options for the Family Group Record, you'll
notice that there are no choices to print footnotes. Endnotes are the only
option for Family Group Records. Just make sure that the Print source
citations option is turned on.

Did you set them in OptionsHeaders/Footers. There you can include Page Number,
Compiler's Information and published using Legacy (or something like that).
If this appears in the preview but not in the printed copies then you need to
look at your printer settings.
