Sorry it took so long to answer as I had to do some errands this afternoon

I just checked Outlook 2007 and to change for just the one recipient, open

Myrna,
I well understand your problem. However, it can be resolved. Click on the
message then, with the Ctrl key held down, use the scroll wheel on your
mouse to adjust the text size. It works with plain text and HTML.

I must be missing something. I use Outlook (2002) and have chosen Plain
Text for this address in Contacts, but it doesn't work. It composes the
email in HTML.
I will just have to remember to change it.

Don,
If you mean that I can set it differently for each address, could you

change it for all email addresses as I do prefer to normally use HTML. But,
if it can be changed just for this particular address, I will be glad to
Hi Paul,
First of all, listers, please forgive me for my bit--ing.
I always forget and if it were not for the fact that I have OE
set to send only "plain text" to the list I would still do it.
Sometimes I reply to someone and if they sent in HTML then my

I will be one to apologize. If I forget to change it, then I forget to
change it. I prefer HTML over plain text, and this is the only list I
belong to that requires plain text. So, when I forget just politely call it
to my attention because most others here, I am a little forgetful.
