All of my marriage records found in courthouses are sourced in my old
genealogy software (Generations EasyTree) and I haven't started re-sourcing
them using SourceWriter.
But I did look at the SourceWriter templates and entered a couple just to
see what it would look like. I would start

Have you tried closing Legacy and leaving it for a while before reopening?
Is it only the Index Screen which is blank, or Family View, Pedigree etc.?

If someone is cremated then scattered (ocean, forest, unknown), I've been
changing the Buried field name to Cremated and inputing the date and
location of the cremation.
If someone is cremated then buried (or scattered at a Cemetery), would you
leave the Buried field name as it is, but

What names have been changed? Did you change them or the computer? If you
changed them, you may have missed changing one link for each of these.

This missing sources screen is full of errors. Leave the Anything and
Everything boxes alone. The child status and relationship boxes do not work
either.
II have found that the only way to find all the missing sources is to tick
only one box at a time and do the search. Legacy has acknowledged
