Hi Dennis. See my previous message about this. What I believe is
happening is these folks can POST - but they cannot receive, so anything
you say to them will have to be sent directly to their email address
until they are able to start receiving LegacyUsers messages by the COPY
and PASTE method
I contacted Bill, as well, and asked him to try COPYING and PASTING the
URL hyperlink address that is contained within Legacy's welcome email
message. Apparently CLICKING the hyperlink does not work to fully
complete the membership. At least, this is what I had to do and it
worked for me. --J

I had to send the tech support folks a message with the same problem and
they manually entered me into the user group.

Bill,
This unfortunately is an ongoing problem with the Legacy user group. It's a
problem that the Millennia folks apparently are unable to fix. You need to
send an email to the support staff and they will be able to do something on
their end to get you going on the list.

Nope. You just need to wait until someone posts a message.

Thank you everyone! This was indeed the problem. I don't remember doing it, but
at some point I did enter the information into the burial location 'address'! I
have now corrected it and everything is fine.
Thanks again,

I have created custom event sentences, some of which include bold or italic
fonts. I've also put in an [:if [Notes]] condition to specify where to place
the source citation numbers, depending on whether notes have been included in
the event. It works fine on Book Reports, but this customizatio
I'm trying to create an Ancestor Book and find that, after the fifth
generation, the sources do not print. This occurs if I put the
sources after each generation, and if I put them all at the
end. Would appreciate some advice on this problem. Thanks!
