I just changed mine. First from the family view, click on "Options" on top
tool bar. From the drop down list, click on compiler information and update
your information.
When you print a report, check the information for compiler to see if your
changes show.

There is no way to attach a source to only the notes for a vital event,
or any event for that matter. The source can only be linked to the
birth, Baptism/Christening, Death or Burial and the citation, with any
pictures of the source will be included as a source for those events.
