[LegacyUG] Index view appearance

2011-06-23 Thread Anne Hollingshead
I solved my problem with italics in the index view by changing the font. I had selected Garamond which was not good. I switched to Sylafeen and the italics in this font is fine. Anne Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21

The short answer is no. The program was written to use Bing Maps and would require a rewrite to use Google Earth since the protocols for communicating with BING Maps and Google Earth are different. There was some talk on our test list about having both built in and letting the user choose but that

Thanks for such a quick answer, Brian! I am going to run the Geo-Code one more time. Any problems I have with a specific location I will put in the coordinates manually. I still can't figure out why Bing wants to put Perry County, MS up in Tennessee. No matter! I will use the coordinates for

That is the problem. I only have North American and Europe loaded. I am fixing that now. It had been so long since I downloaded these locations I had totally forgotten about them. I was just thinking it was preloaded info. Michele From: Randy Clark Sent: Thursday, June 23, 2011 2:23 PM To:

[LegacyUG] Automatic Backup

2011-06-23 Thread Bain Family
I am using version 7.5.0.89 and just transferred my Legacy and data to my new computer. Now when I exit, it does not prompt me to backup my data like it did on my old computer. I checked the Help files and found what I thought would be the solution. It says: If not already done, we recommend
