I have tested this and found that there is an intermittent problem when the total generations in the report creates multi-page reports. The first time you try to create such a report the Index may not be generated. If you close the report selection and then restart the report without making changes

There is the lineage chart report, that starts at one person and shows only the male ancestors. There is no narrative style report that is equivalent though and the lineage report includes very little detail on those male ancestors (only the birth and death years). Brian Customer Support Millennia
