I use the To Do Lists all the time, and I'm a firm believer in first checking on line to identify all call numbers of items I wish to view. I then include them in the Description of the To Do item. Having all the call numbers in the description makes it very easy to locate the book, film, etc. up

You cannot copy a source with its detail but you can copy a Master Source from one file to another then enter the details as you link that source to your people. Go to View > Master Lists > Source in the file with the source you want to copy Select and Tag the Master source(s) you want to copy fro

To copy a source with the detail as well: Go to the source that you wish to copy, in the relevant person's "List of Assigned Sources". Then "copy source to clipboard" (click icon in bottom left corner). Go to the person to whom you want add the source, and open their "List of Assigned Sources".

If both MRIN 47 and 265 both have the same list of children then the solution is to delete the excess marriage MRIN 265. If not make sure that all the children are linked to MRIN 47. Open the Marriage List and select MRIN 265. Click on Options and select remove the marriage link. Ignore the warning
