called Date Modified you'll see a date. In Windows switch to Details
view to see that column.

Wes, I have to say from the start that I do not place pictures in Legacy but
you may be able to use my method in this one example.
Use, as you already suggested the from to date for the Occupation. Use one
source and include in the source detail the description and whereabouts in your
filing sy
Mine is the same as everyone else's - RG.dat 11/08/2006 21,860KB
The Legacy folder is usually in your main drive - i.e. C: - and within the
main Legacy folder you scroll down to find RG.dat
Hope this helps,

Thank you Brian,
That was very helpful, in fact I've printed out those tips & tricks to form
part of a ready reference folder that I keep handy.
Cheers

Marli,
Yes, and yes. However provided that your pictures all have unique file names
you will only need to click one picture for Legacy to find them all, or if
in multiple new folders, one in each folder.

Ron & Jenny, thanks for your prompt replies.
However,
Ron, when I click the Family tab, then Help, then Index, the last item is
Zoom.. What IS the Family GROUP screen? (I also clicked "View" & there is
nothing about a Family GROUP.) It seems to me a 'family" is by definition
a "group."
Jenny,
Pat,
View>Focus Group, it initially opens at the Ancestor Options Screen, clicking
OK takes you to the Focus Group Screen, bottom tight is the Help Button. You
may have to Save first btw, I’m not certain.
The screen which you get using Jenny’s method is the Focus Group Screen, the
