The install.log file will be different. There could be problems
uninstalling since the install.log registers the installation process.

He did say he'd already installed Legacy on his new computer. I did not
suggest that it's an alternative to installation but there's no reason I
can think of why he can't overwrite the new folder with the old one as

Be sure to follow the instructions at

No - you don't want to do that.
Copy the .USR files from the c:\Legacy folder from the old computer to
the new one, but do not copy the entire program folder over it. That
could cause all sorts of problems, esp with uninstalling
Programs must be installed on a computer, not just copied over.
I uninstalled Chrome but the problem is still there. If I could figure out how
to backup my registry, I would use regedit and try get rid of all the pieces
left. Otherwise I'll go back a week or so and try a system restore - sure hope
that's the problem if I do that since I'll have to remember w
Thanks, Sherry. I just installed it a few days ago and don't like it either.
Will uninstall immediately and hope that works.

What I would suggest is copy the entire Legacy folder from your old
computer onto a USB key or external hard-drive. The one at C:\Legacy.
Then go to your new computer and copy the entire folder to C:\ which is
probably where it is (check!) so it overwrites your new installation of
Legacy.

I got a new computer (long over due) I was running Windows XP and now have
Windows 7.
What files do I need to copy from my old Legacy file to put all my stuff on
the new computer?
I assume I go to: C: Legacy, Data, then what do I copy? I have installed
Legacy on my new computer.
Thanks,

This is *not* a problem with Legacy itself, but with the video not

I don't know. It could be a settings issue.
I would suggest that if you have any problems with the browser you're

Sherry,
The Google Chrome browser is not the problem. I just tested
viewing "Breaking Down Your Irish Brick Wall" on two systems
and it worked beautifully on both. One was running Windows
XP Pro 32 bit and Chrome and the other was running Windows 7
Pro 64 bit and Chrome. I was able to view the
No triangle. Nothing on the page but the large black square, a white square
with some webinar details and that all surrounded with black. I tried randomly
clicking in the black square, in case, but it didn't work. All other web pages
look as they should.

Is it just me? The webinar page (to watch the latest) only shows black squares.
