Has anyone received either Geoff's book or even the pdf version? I've been
trying to contact sales with no reply to 3 emails and one voice mail.

Which of Geoff's books? He has written two! If you meant his latest book
on Digit Imaging Essentials the hard copy will not be shipping until the
2nd week of December, that is clearly stated on our web site where we
are accepting pre-orders.
