Thanks for the response. I actually used your approach in my testing
of the Joaktree product. I certainly could use the approach in a live
environment when updating the site with a new Gedcom.

You could try (after making a copy of your legacy.fdb file)
1) Exporting your existing file to gedcom
2) Opening up the gedcom in wordpad and do a replace all CENS with RESI
(Matching case and whole words only)
3) Import gedcom back into Legacy
