I'm not sure my problem is with Legacy, my operating system, or
combination of the two! I'll try to explain my problem as best I can and
see if anyone has any ideas.
I'm using Legacy 7.5 Deluxe (checked and is current with all updates) on
a Win 7 Home Premium 32 bit computer. For some time now

However, this mapping feature acts differently on my Vista PC than on my
Windows 8 PC. On the Vista PC I get the message that the map is not finished
downloading. How long do I need to wait? How large of a file is
