Ltools has routine "Find Unattached Multimedia" which has a check box "Only display multimedia files that are unattached".  If you do not check that box, the program will list all the attached multimedia files in a given folder with its sub-folders.  The ones listed as "Individual (Death Event)

You can't search specifically for death pictures, but go to View > Scrapbook and select All Individuals > and select to print Individual Event Media Files. Click on Print Media File List and in that option window, make sure you select to "Include description of what photo is linked to". You can th
