I cannot remember how to use the "Ind. Tag 1" on the bottom of the family
view. When I click on the left arrow, I am taken to the top of the Tag 1

Yes just keep clicking in one direction (so right arrow is forward)
and you click through your list. At first I was unclear as well. Does
that help?

This is a great idea. I have 2 questions. First, how do I go about saving
the files to Dropbox instead of the default location, and second, can this
be done just as easily with Skydrive where there is more free storage space?

Do not get too worked up over this. The app is called Families and requires the
conversion of the Legacy format to its own. Legacy will not run on tablets nor
phones.

In Family View do Search > Find > Detailed Search >
Look for Whom? - Individual
Where to look - Tag 1
How to look- Equal to
What to look for - Tagged
Click clear list before this search
Click Create List button

You may want to use all 5 of the "Apply" buttons. The first 4, set "Initial
Caps". The last one just fixes commas without a space after.
The second question after you click Apply is asking if you might have already
fixed some of the names and want to bypass those
