Clear list (and exclude those that appear to have been found) is selected. Add
to an existing list and only search the search list are not.

In part 3? I click create a new search list. I could do this in v7.5 but
can't figure out what I'm doing differently now.

Only if you enter an event for the Living you see (Family Reunion) OR
you assume they are in a particular branch (Descendants of X) and tag
that branch and then do a search for people with that tag AND living

Shared events are new to v8. I seem to remember a thread about shared census
events and the census search...? The name of your event is still Census
right? Is the head of household showing up in the later search results? or
just the members of the household (who share the event)?
