I have a couple, who both have birth and death dates on the form but all the indicators are grayed out for both. The dots for M and No for the man, and F and NO for the woman are slightly darker. I'm sure they were lit up in Ver 7.5 before going to Ver8.Very Strange My entry shows a dot

I was in Options-Customize and came across something that I can no longer find having to do with the default for saying that a source has been verified. Thinking it was referring to future entries, I checked it -- only to be told that 2638 (or some such number) of changes has been made. There

Thanks Michele. I was hoping for an easier solution than individual edits, but this will do. Do you have any thoughts on the origin of this “Attributes” event? I have 3 other large Gedcom (from Roots3) family files to import into Legacy, and if I could avoid this same phenomenon I would be

I have no idea where an Attribute Event would come from either. The GEDCOM spec has an INDIVIDUAL_ATTRIBUTE_STRUCTURE:= but there is no Attribute Event nor is there a TAG value for Attribute like ATTR. The structure of an attribute is similar to an event but they are just preceded with one of the

Hi Pat, Yes the only way to correct this is to restore your backup. You may first want to use the search for modified date (or time) after ... to see exactly what work you've done since the backup. The option is one of the checkboxes in 7.3 If you change the checkbox and click Save, it only
