Christine, Perhaps you need to try another report type. In each report, some options are greyed out as the same Report Options dialogue boxes are used. What report are you trying to add spouse's notes to? We can't say whether you should be able to choose them or not if we don't know which re

Christine, I've had a closer look. You can include Spouse notes in all Book Reports and although they're greyed out in the Family Group Report, they're included automatically if you've chosen to include Notes. I'm not sure what other report you'd be wanting to add them to. Cathy Cathy Pinner

Sounds good, but how do you make it automatically sync? I use a flash drive when going to the Family History Library and download to my PC. If everything is onGoogleDrive, can I work with it from there and have it automatically back up to my PC and/or flash drive? This is new to me. Thanks,
