Solution to column width problems.
Save different combinations of customised columns.
Right click on a column header and choose one of your saved options
You'll find the column widths as you saved them.

box and remove each check mark from each box and then yes – it ‘zips right

Save. Click on the Save; another box pops up, highlight an empty

If you turn off (click the box to remove the check mark) the Potential
Problem (Options> Customize> View> 8.11) you will find the Legacy program
really zips right along. Then turn it on when you want to use the
Potential Problem option.

Go to your Master Event Definitions List. Select the event you are using (I
assume Newspaper Article, if you created a new one), and click 'Edit'. Check
the 'Exclude from Potential Problems report' and then save.
All persons with that particular event will no longer show up as a potential
