I do not have your problem so I am just guessing here.

You could try clicking the options button on the Chronology Screen then selecting Report to create a Chronology Report for the individual. That might shake loose the report settings and get the report format page working.

If the above does not work, try deleting the ChronFile.rtf you will find in your Legacy Family Tree/_Appdata folder. That file contains the contents of what is in the report format screen.
