I had that same problem on another computer, and somebody on the list
suggested using another pdf reader, (two years ago, can't remember the pdf
reader I used think it was firefox??) that did the trick. Adobe worked
fine on one computer, not on the other. It's got to be something in the

I was able to reinstall and everything is fine.

PDF would work on my laptop but not on my desktop computer, got the same
