Hi Jenny
I think they've added a 1939 register template under UK censuses. Check it out!
Cheers

then find a bad link hiding under notes or a
to-do item. This usually happens to me when I change the media file name and
have to manually correct it then copy the new link over to everyone who uses
it. Legacy can fix media links if you don't change the file name.

no problem, but when I go to the new name the missing media file
appears. No idea where it is! I might just revert to the old name and
leave it as it!
Thanks for your help.

I've been sharing marriage events with fathers and witnesses in my

Good work Geoff!

Hi I wonder if anyone can help?
I'm trying to export a Legacy chart to pdf. I've done this before with
no problem, however, today when I select pdf to export to I get the
following message:
'Invalid floating point operation'
Although the chart saves, it can't be opened by a pdf reader.

Hello All
I'm just starting my Genealogy Go-Over and as part of that I'm filling
in the address information for events and the individual's information
panels.
I've found that if I share events eg a census entry, the only name that

That seems a logical distinction to make - I'd go along with this.

Hi All
I'mhoping someone more knowledgable about Legacy can help.
I've been reading Geoff's book - the Official Unofficial Guide to Legacy - and
he suggests using the split screen option to browse a genealogy website and
then cut and paste into Legacy in the other window. I can get the
to picture this and it sounds like it doesn't have anything
to do with Legacy. Your browser won't go to another URL? Can you see
your browser? Are you working with one monitor or two?
