There is a similar option to start the indexes (Name and Location) on
odd pages. That choice is on the Index Options so click that button to
access the option.
Note that this will only insert a blank page before the index if

My problem is that there are no blank pages after the title page, table of
contents and the index. Is there a way to get a blank page after the title
