If USA is in the 4th piece of the location like Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, USA then just use the ViewMaster ListsLocation...OptionsExpand/Contract Location Parts and then check the Add United States box, click All locations in list, and then click Continue.  Where USA is not the 4th
