This problem was reported and has been fixed for the next update. Based
on my testing the icons under the husband and wife were both using the
state for the wife. If she had a picture they were coloured, if she had
none they were grey.

Besides the phantom picture for marriages, has anyone else noticed that in the
case of spouses...when you have a photo for just the husband or the wife, that
a phantom picture is noted
