I successfully downloaded and installed Build 364 as you recommended.
However, I still get the same run-time error described above when I check
for updates or try to retrieve news items. And when I click on OK in the
error message box, Legacy crashes. Any other suggestions?

I had that issue with build 358 as well. Download 364 direct from our
website (Download > Download Update). Build 364 fixed my automation error.

Until you get that problem sorted, you could download a fresh copy of
the program from the Legacy web site to get the updates.
