If you are referring to the new cloud backups those accounts are totally
separate from any purchases you have made and are also totally separate
from the webinar account you may have. You have to create a new account
for the cloud backup service.

Interesting that I was a Legacy 8 user and now a Legacy 9
user, and when I attempt to login to my account Legacy
cannot find me by my email address. I have also ordered
