Legacy support - I received a total of 16 emails from the Legacy user group:
"Mailing list removal confirmation notice for mailing list LegacyUserGroup

We have received a request from 101.182.213.246 for the removal of your
email address, "rlbern...@runbox.com <mailto:rlbern...@runbox.com> " from
the legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com <mailto:legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com>
mailing list". Needless to say, since I did not submit any request(s) to
remove myself from the list, I did not select the option to confirm the
request. In addition, I received one email: "You, or someone posing as
you, has requested a password reminder for your membership on the mailing
list legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com
<mailto:legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com> ". Again, I did not make this
request, but fortunately the password was sent to me and not the person who
illegally requested it.

The IP address belongs to someone who uses the Telstra Internet service in
Melbourne, Australia. I have contacted Telstra and filed a formal complaint
with them. I am hoping that Telstra will terminate the individuals service,
but unfortunately I seriously doubt that that will happen.

I have previously complained to Millennia (under the old system) that there
were users who maliciously removed subscribers from the list.
Unfortunately, Millennia was not interested in persuing this. Now, at least
with the new system, we get notification when someone tries to maliciously
unsubscribe another user. More important, we get an IP Address so that we
can report this abuse.
