Thanks for your reply Brian. After consulting with Jim from Customer Support, and other IT people, I have come to the conclusion that there could be a bug in the printer driver, even thought I have updated it. However, the option of Copy and Paste will do the job. It's obviously not a Legacy iss

Legacy uses standard Windows Help Files so when you call Help it is Windows that is opening the help file. Any printing issues are usually a Windows problem not a Legacy problem. I just tried printing the Help topic for the Family View and the Bold text there printed correctly. Have you tried print
