I should make it clear that backup as been done in all three ways not a choice of methods.

They have all been saved in various way. a) standard backup when closing file, including multimedia files. b) backup to external hard drive c) cloud storage I can load all the text files with no apparent omissions, however the multimedia files are missing. Normally when I open a file any multimedia opens automatically. I always backup when closing down. The multimedia files do appear as files when I check via picture centre. I have the relevant Legacy multimedia files and have tried importing to relevant open Legacy file but nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong. I have checked Legacy videos but I can't find relevant help. I would hate to have to re-attach every entry and I have 'all' my source doc images as well as photos. Any suggestions please.
