Since the recent update this afternoon, Legacy Family Search tells me that
my direct ancestors are not in Family Search.. My aunts and uncles are in
there and they indicate my grandparents with the correct FSID but when i
pullup the grandparent it uses the same FSID and says that that "Family

Confirmed.
The solution is to go to ...\Documents\Legacy Family Tree\Legacy FS\
folder and delete the store*.fsd files and try again.
I had to sign in again but I also removed some other files. It was
replacing the store*.fsd files that brought the error back.

I have had some success by using File > File Maintenance in Legacy
Family Search to solve this problem. No guarantee however since it does
not always work.
