Do you mean the footer? You can find it under "Options > Page Setup"
within any report.

Some time ago I had a need to add a disclaimer statement to the bottom
of each page of a printed report that I prepared for a recipient. For
some reason I cannot locate that statement in the /Legacy/ software.
