As with any company, the personal values and religious beliefs of the owners influence how the company operates. It is Legacy’s prerogative to not have same sex marriages within the program. If this is a problem for anyone then they can use another software program that doesn’t have this limit

That's correct Cheryl. Legacy is not owned nor controlled by the church. Not only would it require extensive re-writing of Legacy's code to allow same-sex relationships, there would also be a ripple effect that would affect several of the Legacy add-on programs made by other companies. Sincerely

I have a same Gender marriage I am trying to enter and I changed "Husband" to Spouse but Legacy will not let me select "F" for Female. It is greyed out and the "M" is selected. Is there a way to correctly enter same gender marriages? If not is that going to be one of the improvements on the 8.0
