Once you have your list of relevant John Smiths
Search in that list for
Individual - given names contains Mary
AND
Individual - spouses surname equals Smith
AND
Individual - birth place contains Ireland.
There are missing search criteria but many things can be found by
thinking about it.

A Query by Example would allow finding individuals satisfying the first
4 criteria. Then a detailed search within the results for spouse with
given name Mary would take care of criterium 5 but I cannot see how to
pick out the spouse birth place.
