for each.

I think you are confusing two different things.
Editing the role and adding a note specific to a person with that role?
How you edit a role depends on where you are.
From the Name List after you've selected the people and clicked the
Select button a dialogue opens where you can assign
I like to add a note to the folk sharing an an event but I keep getting
error messages..
