It is under "Options" > "Customize" > "Letter Case of Surnames". Check
the box next to "Don't change what I enter" in Legacy version 7.5.0.201.
You should be able to type letter cases to your heart's content.

There is a much easier method included in Legacy. Try Options>Customize>Data
Format and then the "Apply" button in the "Letter Case of Surnames". Click
"Initial Caps" first. Viola!
Same thing works for other fields. Check out the other "Apply" buttons.

I know there must be a way to turn off Legacy from automatically entering what
