Maureen, DON'T FOR GET TO BACKUP THE FILE BEFORE YOU START. 1. I assume this is a Legacy .fdb file.. 2. Go to File MenuFile ImportLegacy File and select your file to import. 3. On the Options window click AutoSource at the bottom of window. 4. Choose Add one source entry per record
