Now thats what I call clever (and devious). I bet you can't find that
bit of advice in the 'help file'. Perhaps somebody in support would
like to try the alternative method and correct a 'double bug'

What a weird bug and it appears to only affect the Equal & Not Equal.
You should be able to find everybody with death notes by doing a
wildcard search for ?*.

Confirmed. Problem report raised to have this fixed. For Equal to and
Not Equal to the box is an event name selection instead of a text input
box. Other options are correct.

Hmmm I would not have thought of equal to for that search - I always
use contains and include a space in the what to look for tab - it
quickly brings up my 602 names with death notes.

You can do it your way or you can look for "Not equal to" and leave
So Tessa,
you miss out on one word notes that don't have a space.
Perhaps you don't have one word notes :-)
But if you were searching Cause of Death you might.
Being able to search "not equal to" blank is very handy.

To be pedantic the containing a space search would not pick up single

There are some strange speed issue things sometimes especially with
large databases. There is discussion of one thing that helps in this
article. It's counter intuitive. Use less cores.
