the ones with children and the labels are correct for me.
Try
1) Close Legacy, reboot, open Legacy
2) Check/Repair. Select File > File Maintenance >

Check your default marriage wording screen at Option 8.View Section 8.7
The default wording for a couple who are not married (divorced
qualifies) is Father and Mother if there are kids and Male Female if
there are no kids.
