I only add in the library details as a repository for microfilm, not when I
access a a site using their PCs.
Jenny, wrt your question, I see your point but think that I would omit the
library references.

I had been getting my census images from Heritage Quest via my library... same
thing. But I've never even considered including information about the library
in the citation...! ;)
