I got one of these calls about 6 months ago. Thought it was odd at the time since the guy asked if I'd gotten the latest 7.5 upgrade. He offered to perform a look up for one of my ancestors to show that GeneologyBank would be of a benefit. At the time I did not sign up for a number of reasons. I had not thought of the caller being a resourceful telemarketing scammer. Wonder where he got his list of Legacy subscribers from.
