Hi folks, I've got an iPhone 4 GSM locked to AT&T and running iOS 6.1.3. Everything is working fine, both buttons work just fine. Battery is in good shape as well. Still running iOS 6.1.3, but can be updated to iOS 7 if that strikes your fancy. I'll let whoever buys it update it as they please.
