Greetings,

I am just now enjoying the start of retirement, which alas means I do not
have an office to display some of my Mac collectibles. So, I am looking to
get this unit out to a person who would enjoy owning one.
I have a G4 PowerMac Cube, 500MHz CPU in excellent condition, fully
operational to the best of my knowledge (as below). I would have the whole
Cube experience set up in the back of my office, and many a student would
walk in and say "Wow! Does it work? (yes, it does!)

The unit is currently housing a 60Gb hard drive (iirc - maybe it's 80 Gb),
and 1.25 Gb RAM. - currently running OS X 10.4.11. Beyond these
enhancements, the specs should be fairly OEM, as listed here:

https://everymac.com/systems/apple/powermac_g4/specs/powermac_g4_500_cube.html

The unit is in its retail box, and does include the OEM clear Pro Mouse,
Pro Keyboard (I gave this a deep cleaning so it looks nearly like new), the
globe-style Apple speakers (USB powered), OEM restore OS discs, and owners
manual, along with a couple of adapters that would be included as also OEM
items. The box is in good > fair condition, but beyond that the unit is as
if it was to be purchased from Apple.
The power supply is also fully functional and is of course included

Regarding performance, here are the issues: I never used the modem, so I
can't confirm that - The DVD-ROM drive reads well, but is a little sticky
on ejecting; this however improvs with use (I would deliberately repeatedly
insert a disc in order to "exercise the ejection - by about the 6th time
the disc would eject with no issues). I never used the Cube via wireless
network, and did not have the Airport card factory installed - I can
include one for you to install should you wish for it. Case looks good
though it does have a few lucite hairline fissures typical of the unit's
age.

Pictures available on request. I am asking $100 OBO plus cost of shipping.

Also included for free (but you must pay extra shipping, please) if you
wish is a perfectly fine 17" Apple Studio Display (ADB connection) that was
always pictured to go with the Cube (when the Cube was on sale). Here is
the info:

https://everymac.com/monitors/apple/studio_cinema/specs/apple_studio_display_17_fp.html

The pictures sent to you will also show this in operation.

So, both items, or just the Cube, for $100 OBO plus shipping, which is from
Fort Wayne, IN 46807.
If you live in driving distance, i can make arrangements with you for
personal hand-off to avoid shipping charges (which wolf be great). Both
units will ship in their retail box. Before sendoff, I will reassemble and
re-test it for veracity, just to make sure for the buyer's sake.

Sorry for the long read. Thank you for your consideration.
Regards,
Dana
(Collins - Ft. Wayne, IN 46807)
